Rich joined NFL Network's initial roster before its November 2003 launch and has hosted the Emmy-nominated NFL GameDay Morning since 2010. He covers NFL Draft, Scouting Combine, Pro Football Hall of Fame Induction Weekend, and Super Bowl events for NFL Network.
A five-time Sports Emmy nominee for Outstanding Studio Host, Rich emceed Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremonies. Previously, he anchored ESPN's SportsCenter (1996-2003) and hosted TNT's reality competition "The Great Escape." Earlier career included sports anchor work at KRCR-TV Redding, California (1994-96), Medill News Service Washington correspondent role (1994), and CBS Evening News production assistant position (1994).

Rich resides in Los Angeles with spouse Suzy Shuster, a sports broadcaster for ABC, FOX, and TNT. They have three children and two rescue dogs.
